On September 25, 2024, Berlin-based artist Eva Nolia Vae released her original single "Sweet Exhaustion," a captivating track that blends indie pop with jazz, soul, and rock influences. The song is part of her upcoming EP "Empty Hands," marking a milestone in her evolving sound and musical journey.

"Sweet Exhaustion" explores the idea of surrendering to life’s emotional and physical fatigue, drawing parallels between exhaustion and freedom. Eva describes the song as a “love song to exhaustion,” reflecting on how we often justify our self-sabotaging decisions much like we do in dysfunctional relationships. “It's the story of delusion, and sometimes you just have to defend your misery by surrendering to it. Here's to the sweetness in exhaustion,” she shares.
